I took points away because the plush fleece is a lesser quality than I had hoped, it tends to wrinkle easily and it's thin. The design is very nice and allowed me to include all the names of my 90 year old mother-in-law's children, grand children, great grandchildren and spouses in that group. We are a close family and she will love it.

Disappointed by the blanket quality. Very cheap, not something anyone would want to snuggle up in. More of something you might hang for display.

The monogram did come out lovely though and the shipping was fast. I have ordered many other products which I love, I just wouldn't order this blanket again.

I’ve order from personalization mall for years. And I love the customization but this time I order a new material they have and it was so thin not what I expected. Plus shipping was super slow. I have gotten shipment faster with economy shipping before. But this time it was delivered after the estimated time. Very disappointed.

The blanket is cute, but I ordered the tie blanket. It came as a “kit”. I have to cut and tie it myself. When I scrolled down,it does say “assembly required”. But I feel like it’s deceiving. It should say that it’s a kit in the title. For $60, should be pre-assembled!! I have arthritis and it will be painful to cut and tie. Very disappointed!!!!!!

I was very disappointed in the product we ordered. This was suppose to be the Farmhouse Tie blanket and their were no ties it only looks like sheet. I left 2 stars because the recipient of gift isn't aware their should of been ties

The plush blanket I received is very flimsy. This is a Christmas gift for my coworker and I very embarrassed to give to her. The quality of this plush blanket is absolutely terrible. I am very disappointed and now I will have to look for another gift.

Because of a good experience I had with a previous order, I decided to try this blanket for a bridal shower present. When it arrived - I was SO disappointed. I ordered grey. This grey looked blue. It had the personalization correct, but the fabric just seemed sloppy and cheap; it came extremely wrinkled and worth nowhere what I paid for it. Maybe these newlyweds-to-be can used this as a blanket for their dog, but as a source of pride to lay on their new bed - absolutely no way. Sorry, PM, you guys REALLY missed the mark on this one.
