I love these ornaments! Ordered them for all the family and several of us are planning to keep them out year round as we face the first year without this loved one. High quality - photo came through beautifully!

I got 2 of these for my sister in laws after their mother passed away in December. They loved them and will be a remembrance every Christmas when they decorate the tree.

I was so pleased with this ornament. I found a picture of each of our four children with their dad who passed. Our children loved them. A personal ornament just for them.

This is a great item to send to someone or have for yourself, in memory of loved ones. The recipients of this were very pleased and said they liked the size, not a tiny hidden ornament.
One order was very much delayed, which was a bit upsetting, but the recipients understood that this holiday season was much more backlogged than others.

The ornament turned out even better than I hoped. It was an old photo that I had to crop to get the image of my dad but it was beautiful on the wood. The only change I would have liked is to be able to print in lower case letters not just all capitals but it didn't change the quality or beauty, just my personal preference. I highly recommend. It was also delivered quicker than I expected. Thank you

This is a Christmas gift for a young man who recently lost his father. I only had the one photo of his dad so I chose this ornament with a photo on one side and the nice cardinal with the personalized touch of his father's name and date of birth and death on the other side. I have ordered several of these 3.75" Matte finish ornaments and I am delighted with them. The photos come out beautiful. I love this finish as it looks very rich. The ornaments have a good weight to them. The little ribbon hanger is nice and the velveteen pouch they come in adds class. I only experienced one glitch in my order--the first time I've had any problems. I had ordered the do-it-yourself gift box and yet it was not included in the package. I called and the amount was quickly refunded. Although disappointed, I understand that things happen and I am satisfied with the outcome. I will be ordering from this company again!
