I really like this ornament. I was hoping I’d love it but I have to admit I was a bit disappointed when I received it. I thought it would come as 2 pieces and would have some type of something to hang it. I was expecting it to be as it is in the picture with both sides showing on separate pieces and you could hang it so it would show them both as pictured. It’s my own fault for not reading more carefully. This is just one piece, much larger that it looks with no hanger….??

I have bought several different memorial Christmas ornaments over the past years and this one I was scared about the price and being a you get what you pay for but when they arrived it was of excellent quality

I loved the product and the quality. The only thing I didn't like was the hole that it hangs from was touching the top of his head. I couldn't see that when I was adjusting the picture in the circle. I wished they could have seen it and changed it before finishing the product. They will be nice keepsake ornaments for my loved one.

Product was nice. Shipping was TOO high and I HAD to buy a box.

Ordered for my kids after losing my mother in law this year. Shipped in plenty of time should have been here before Christmas, but due to USPS delays once they received, I didn't receive until after the new year. Ornaments are great and kids loved them,

The ornament was wonderful. I would have given it a 5 if there had not been shipping issues. I hope the company discontinues using Pitney Bowes. They are horrible.

Very nice gift for a friend who lost her father earlier in the year. Quality was good. Was a little tricky with the picture I chose to use, but it turned out nice.

Nice product, just wish they were not so expensive especially when you need to putchase 10 or more

If you upload a photo, my advice would be not to use close up. Mine looks off center and blurry but porcelain beautiful

This is a quality ornament. The side with the cardinal is lovely. I rated it a four because the side with the picture of my parents is not clear. I used this same picture on a lawn flag, blown up it was very clear, not sure why it did not turn out well on this ornament. It looks clear in the picture online, but not on the actual product.

Was very nice ornament, great price, and shipped fast. My aunt cried she loved it so much.

Turned out beautiful...but about half were missing the ribbon to tie on the ornament.

there was a strip of white showing on the side of the photo side. It doesn’t look finished

I love the ornament. However, on one of the the writing on the back was messed up as in if it where positioned wrong and went over. I was disappointed that the company allowed that to pass their inspection of quality work.

The front of the ornament with the wording was not centered with the hole for the ribbon. So when hanging - and my mother plans to hang it year round from an ornament holder - it is crooked. That is VERY disappointing to have to look at everyday! If it was centered correctly this would be a 5 star review as it is otherwise wonderful.

Poor texture and quality of ornament. Not the same great quality as seen in personalization mall products in past years.

I purchased the wood ornament and was very disappointed with the quality. Very flimsy and looks and feels like card board. The photo on the back is also cockeyed. Nothing like the preview. Do NOT recommend.

I am usually not a picky person, but was disappointed with this ornament. My son's name & the dates are not centered and there are a few fine black lines showing on the left side beside the cardinal and above. This ornament is special for my daughter-in-law as this is her first Christmas without him.
