I will say I spent a lot of time trying to decide on a photo that would look right. Also wanted to include her name and date of birth. Well the time put in was definitely worth the finished product. Just beautiful! The glass frosting adds so much beauty to it and it is much bigger than I expected it to be. Really stands out on my tree!!!! Have been ordering from PM for many years. Beautiful product, great customer service The first time I rated this item I only gave it three stars. The picture was slightly off center and there was a lump of glue on the side of the ornament. That same day I was e-mailed by customer service rep. Jessica, asking me to please send photos of the ornament. After sending her the photos, Personalization mail looked at them and sent me a new corrected ornament, just like that. I was very impressed by their service, good customer service is hard to find these days. Now I have a Christmas gift for my grandson that I can be happy to give! Thank you!
