 HugeBy Shopper (PLATTSBURGH, NY) - April 14, 2024 The photo and personalization came out great and it seems to be of good quality. I ordered the pink but it is a weird pink. Almost beige. Also, be prepared because this is much bigger than it appears in the picture. In my opinion it is too big for the average sized Christmas tree. Hence the reason I deducted one star. Other than that it's beautiful.

So precious By Shopper (Oldsmar , FL) - December 29, 2023 The ornament itself is beautiful. It’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The top portion that connects the ornament to the hook seems a little loose, which is a little scary hanging a big ornament that’s fragile from the tree. Other than that, it is very precious.

Love it This Christmas ornament, the size, and the detail is awesome! Very happy with how it turned out. It doesn’t light up that bright though, because the bulb is frosted, making the light hard to be bright, or as noticeable as you would hope.

Baby’s first ornament When we first ordered the product, the ornament we received the printing was rather faded and washed out for all the lettering, the blue banner and the flowers making it difficult to read when it was on the tree. It did not match what was advertised on the website which was much more crisp and colors more vibrant. We called customer service and sent pictures of the two and described the issues. They resolved it quickly and resent a new ornament which is fine. We appreciate the prompt attention.

Love it Photo isn’t as clear as I thought it’d be but it isn’t bad at all, just a little more digital looking. Absolutely love the back where you can put one of the Christmas lights in to make it glow! Super cute and great for the price! Definitely recommend.

Very pretty By Shopper (Glendale , NY) - September 2, 2019 The ornament looks beautiful, especially to give as a gift. On the backside there is a little opening to put a Christmas light bulb to make it light up. I can’t wait to give it as an Xmas gift so I can see my niece use it on her tree.

Lightable ornament By Shopper (Peachtree City, GA) - December 15, 2023 I was very hopeful I would like this ornament for my 1st grandson and his 1st Christmas. Unfortunately, the item is very cheaply made, it’s ridiculously too large, gaudy and does not hang nicely on the tree when you insert a light. It doesn’t look as nice as the website image or many of the other ornaments I’ve purchased before and now it’s too late for this Christmas.

 cannot see the writing on it at allI love the idea of this ornament but am very disappointed in the outcome. You cannot read the writing on it at all, even with a tree light in the back of it like you're supposed to do. I will be calling to see if I can get a different ornament and/or a refund. I love everything I get from your company so I'm really disappointed in this one.

 Horrible QualityI ordered this ornament, it looks nothing like the advertised picture, the ink is faded. The company refused to refund or make a new one for me stating this is the quality that they come out. I made a new one at Shutterfly and came out amazing.

Don't order Wood Graved Instead of ordering the glossy picture I ordered the wood grain picture. It looks AWFUL! Its doenst look like wood grain, it looks as if the printer was low on ink. Very disappointed.

Streaky and cheap I was very excited for my ornament due to the glowing reviews, but it's quite awful. It feels like plastic, not glass. The picture print quality is terrible. I at first wondered if it was the picture I chose but the name is also terrible. There's streaks through it. Honestly my cheap inkjet printer, a dollar tree ornament and some paint and modge podge could have made the same thing for less than $2. I'm truly less than thrilled. I attempted to add a pic of the ornament but it won't load.
