When I received the coffee mugs I opened the box and examined them and realized each was of the finest quality and the personalization was done expertly. I will be very proud to present these to my daughter's in-laws this coming Christmas as they are both total coffee addicts.

I purchased 8 of the plaid personalized coffee mugs for my family on Christmas morning. They all turned out so perfect. I love the fact there were different color combinations to choose from. Can't wait to give them to my family.

Bought for friends (a couple) with their surname initial and first name(s) personalization. They love their cups. Also bought matching red plaid "Cozy are we" personalized throw blanket and snowflake red plaid pillow. They love the whole set!

Quality item, fast turn around, so happy

I was so pleased to see how nicely this mug was finished with initial and name on colorful plaid. What a fun gift to give!

My wife is obsessed with the black and red paid design and since we a newly married this was a no brainer. Only gave 4 stars simply because it hasn't even been given to her yet and therefore not used. Will it hold up over time. Well we may never know, she may just keep safe and not actually use it but if she does i know i've never been let down by personalization mall before.

I bought this product, when i received it there was a crack in it. Other than that it was very good quality. I reached out to customer service and they responded in a timely fashion. I was able to get a replacement. The replacement came and was perfect. Would recommend it looks exactly like the preview picture.

The mugs are really pretty. I was amazed at how quickly I received half a dozen mugs, all different names. I'm also surprised at the high quality and low price.

These mugs are large, durable and colorful. Everyone likes a gift with their name on it, so it was perfect for family and friends. Each mug comes safely packed in a wrappable box, too!
