 Engraved tumblerIt came out great clean engraved the only thing I wish was the top it's always open if there was a flip to help with spills it would be even better.

Great insulated cup! My gift recipient liked her personalized cup. It was a nice touch to have her name on it. The only thing I wish it had was a slider opening.

Great quality. Arrived way late. By Shopper (Citrus Heights, CA) - May 18, 2022 Love the product. It's great quality, etched, holds heat well, no leaks. Bought as a gift and they love it but wish there was a stop for the opening for spill proof travel.
Shipping: I ordered for Mother's Day a week prior, paid for expedited shipping so it would be here "Guaranteed before Mother's Day" and it arrived a full week late...boo.

Mostly satisfied I ordered 7 of these and most came out good but a few are hard to read because the silver did not transfer on the lettering all the way. The one that was wrapped in plastic came out the best, but the other 6 were mailed just in individual boxes, some taped shut and some not, and I’m not sure if that led to rubbing of the writing. I haven’t used the product yet since they are gifts for others, but I’m hoping the lettering doesn’t rub off fully as they start to get used!

Great product but.... This product had a lid that can not close. Maybe most people knew this but because it's used for hot and cold you'd think that it would have a safer lid.
