This is an ornament that make you smile when you look at it. Should keep it up all year.

We and our3 yr old granddaughter loved it!

I bought this for my niece who's been my Christmas Elf this year. She's always there to help with whatever I need. She couldn't stop smiling when she opened the present.

As I opened our ornaments, one was broken in three places. I emailed customer service to let them know. It was the weekend. Monday, I received an email that they had shipped a replacement. Excellent service.

I had mistakenly ordered a Christmas ornament for my granddaughter "Rylie" but spelled it "Riley" (a Senior moment). Put it another order to replace with correct spelling 9 days before Christmas and was impressed with the service - it arrived in about 5 days. Great Customer Service!

It is a really cute personalized ornament. I liked it better in person even than on line

Sent to Granddaughter away at college. She has her own apartment and 6 ft tree. She loved the personalized Elf. Next year will send her another personalization mall ornament. Fast delivery and very cute! Granddaughter loved it!

Great ornament. So cute. My suggestion is to make an elf with blond hair also. So have 2 colors, brown and blond. You may get more sales that way.

I ordered 4 girl elves, each with a granddaughter’s name and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
The ornament is well made and painted so very pretty with a touch of glitter added. I will order again next Christmas and maybe for the holidays and graduations during the year!

From what I could see from the bubble wrap the ornament was cute and just what I ordered but unfortunately the bottom of the bubble wrap was open and the ornament slipped out when I took it out of the outside wrapping and broke

Very cute! However had a broken foot when I received. Was able to easily glue it, so I did not reach out to the company. I love this company!
