Very cute! However had a broken foot when I received. Was able to easily glue it, so I did not reach out to the company. I love this company!

Are very cute but would if liked a choice of hair color

I wish the personalization could had included the date.

Bought this for my daughter along with a boy elf for my son. The quality and cuteness level is awesome but this one’s foot was broken in packaging. Am hoping to get a replacement/ exchange.

This ornament is so cute I am just afraid the child may be unhappy because there was no choice of hair color. She is blond but the ornament has brown hair.

I tried thee times by email to get customer service to replace this ornament. No one answered any of my emails. These ornaments are really cute but unfortunately my granddaughter will be getting hers with a broken foot. I checked the bag it came it as well as the shipping box and there was no foot. This means that it was sent to me this way. Their customer service could really use some help answering their emails
