Ordered two of these for my grandsons! I had them personalized. One came with one broken antler. I ordered a second one, did not request a refund or replacement. This one shipped to my grandson with two broken Antlers. Disappointed!

Just got my product as a replacement from the same one that was broken too. But this time, it had another person name on it as well. Not to happy. At this point looking for a refund.
This is unacceptable.

It would be really cute, but the packing it was sent in was a mailing envelope, when it should have been shipped in a box. One antler was broken off. No time to send back as it's christmas week, so I had to glue it back on. Disappointed.

Very cute little moose for friends baby 1st Christmas… so glad I checked before wrapping- one antler broken off.
Please package in a way to prevent breakage when there are multiple items in the box.
