This ornament looks great. Every name was spelled correctly and placed well. I received it pretty quickly and it was loved by the recipient. My only issue is that I ordered the whitewashed color and received a red color.

Ornament turned out great! Names are easy to read and Shipping was fast.

I really like the ornaments, but it would have been nice to have a choice of font and capitalization. I was somewhat unhappy with the appearance of the lettering at the bottom. I included the year "2021" but the twos look more like ones in the font that was used. Also, the names were automatically all caps and the lettering at the bottom was automatically all lower case.

Nice ornament and the personalization is perfect. The wood is quite thin and fragile.

Bought this as a gift and they loved it! Two suggestions; 1. Allow specific arrangement of names and 2. Allow more names or offer a slightly larger version available to fit more names. Mine was delivered broken but that was the fault of the shipping company.

I loved the way the ornament came out. Simple and beautiful. The only problem was that it smelled REALLY bad. I gave these out as gifts and apologized for the smell.

It’s a lot smaller than I expected it to be. No date on it like it said there would be. I’d say a little disappointed

I order the same ornament from our family every year and this year the ornament is smaller then all the previous years for some reason.

It's kinda cheap looking and much smaller than rxoected but it will do. It did come fast so that's a plus.

These ornaments are cute but unfortunately the guarantee by Christmas means nothing. Ordered 12/2/22 and notified would arrive by 12/24/22. The order did not arrive until 12/27. Tracking looks like UPS.
Unfortunately the families these were meant for undecorated before they arrived.

I ordered 4 of these items (1 for me and 3 for my friends) and when I received them, I left them in the bubble wrap. I just gave them to my friends on Sunday and two of them were broken in half at the base of the tree. I guess you get what you pay for.

This ornament was pretty much as expected with a couple of minor flaws (nothing big enough for me to want a refund, but maybe to make someone consider other options). Mainly it was (1) very lightweight, almost "cheap" feeling. The wood is extremely thin, and (2) along the edges there is a discoloration that looks like it came from the printing process. I ordered the whitewashed style and it has an almost yellow/brown discoloration along about half of the edge around the tree.

Fits a lot of names however Font they use for the base of tree is terrible. Not clear. 2021 looks like 1011. Disappointed in that.

I think it looks very nice, but the smell is very strong. I’m hoping it will go away.

I would have given this maybe 5 stars had it not been for the fact that due to the limited space for the message I had to abbreviate the word forever with 4 ever. Unfortunately the 4 is unrecognizable and completely ruins the message. All 3 of the ornaments I ordered are useless.

I love the ornament, but when I took it out of the padded envelope, the trunk was broken off the ornament. If the ornament would have been shipped in a box, this wouldn’t have happened.

Product was beautiful... but broken ????

I ordered this ornament and received the first one with the trunk broken off. Customer service was good and immediately sent a new one. Unfortunately, the second one was broken in the exact same spot. Obviously a design flaw or better shipping materials are needed.

Received ornamet quick. It is damaged- bent and has a black line going through it. Customer service was great and immediately sent out another one!!

Asked for refund after receiving it broken twice.

This ornament arrived snapped at the base. Even if it wasn’t broken I would not have given it to the intended since it looked very cheap.

Received item yesterday. The trunk part of tree was broken completely off. Need better packaging as these items are very thin. Since it is so close to Christmas I can't get replacement . This was a gift for someone. Customer care did give me refund but now I must find something else as a gift.
