Our personalized family tree ornaments were beautiful!! One of the ornaments got broken during shipping, but I called customer service and they happily replaced it and the replacement arrived within a few days! Would definitely do business with them again!

This turned out so nice! Had this made for my Mom with her 29 great-grandchildren's names and one great-great-grandchild. I had to use two of them in order to fit all of the names on. Just so you know, it does smell from the the names being burned into the wood. It's not noticeable unless you get close to it. I am very happy with the product and can't wait to give it to Mom at our family Yankee Swap.
