Looks just as shown in preview - beautiful ornament!

This was a perfect choice for my friends and myself as a gift, not only for Christmas, but all year!

It is perfect. I had it made to put all 18 of my grandchildren's names on. Legible and spelled correctly.

In all I ordered 7 of these ornaments. I am very happy with my purchases and my recipients have been dazzled. They all want to know where I got them. The ornaments come packaged in a lovely velvet drawstring pouch and make for a beautiful presentation. I highly recommend these!

This product is thicker than I expected. I had a lot of names and it turned out beautifully.

I got two of these ornaments. One for each side of the family. 10 and 12 names and they look so good!!! The only thing is that they have a smell to them. I think due to the laser of names. But I think that will go away.

I have ordered from personalization mall a handful of times but this time I had ordered this ornament and when I had opened the package, it was broken. I called customer service the next day and they immediately ordered me another one with no extra charge and making sure it was priority shipping to be here before Christmas. The new one should be here in a couple of days. Great customer service and have always been pleased with my purchases.
