Received this ornament very quickly. Everything was exactly as described, personalized exactly as requested, and packaged very securely, received in about 6-7 days after ordering it. My daughter and son are excited to gift this to their Father and his new wife (bonus mom, I hate referring to her as a stepmom) Thank you for a quality product. Very pleased.

I bought three ornaments as gifts . The trees are excellent quality and they have perfect lettering. Bonus, they came in a nice keepsake bag.

It has a good feel, the weight is nice and the size is perfect. The carving is crisp and clear and easy to read.
