Very nice family gift

Love the family tree ornament. Nothing better than a personalized gift to give or receive

I ordered this as gifts for 3 families, and was so happy and relieved when it arrived and was simply PERFECT. It is just as pictured and you'll want to pay attention to the preview image so you can get the various names exactly where you want them placed. This is a lovely gift for others and for yourself at a good price.

I LOVE this ornament! Everything is well done-the names are beautiful and spelled correctly, the color is true to the preview and the thickness and quality are exceptional. I don't love the ribbon it came with, but that's an easy fix and not a big deal to me at all. I am so glad I ordered this!

This ornament was exactly as I was hoping it would be. Great gift.

I was happy that I was able to add all the names to the tree. The size was smaller than I thought, but am happy it's not too big. The quality of the engraving and the wood is great.

Loved the product and the personalization, but the satin ribbon was not enclosed.

Chose this ornament for my daughter and her family. I love it, just wish the trunk had more room for the year.

The ornaments arrived promptly and with the cute gift bags. They look just like the picture online, but are a little smaller than I anticipated.

It was a little smaller than I thought but still beautiful. Once the family starts growing its hard to find a cute one with more space for names.

This is a beautiful ornament, displaying all of our families' names.

the only complaint was a little hard to get ribbon thru hole. Everything else is perfect. Helpful hint, get a toothpick to push it through.

Giving this to each one of my siblings(8 of us). All the names were spelled correctly and placed perfectly on the ornament. I wished the print was a bit darker. The ornament size could be a bit larger. I would purchase again.

This ornament allows for a lot of names beautifully fit in. My only objection is that the hole for the ribbon is too small for the ribbon to go through. No biggie. Just an inconvenience to find a substitute hanger.

Pretty much exactly as it looks on the website. My only issue was there was a line down the product that should not have been there. At first I thought it was a crack, but it wasn’t. It was just a dark line. Dark enough to notice. It’s a gift, and it’s for Christmas so no time to request an exchange. Gift is already wrapped or I would’ve included a photo.

This wooden ornament is nice, clear, and is exactly what I ordered.

One of the best designs for a family tree but the random order for the names was very difficult to manipulate. I had to bounce back from preview to edit to make sure I was somewhat okay with emu placement of names. My only suggestion might be to list the locations to be be able to maybe be able to pick them ourselfs right out of the gate. I love it the rest of the way, its perfect!!

Very satisfied with item. Personalization on tree is very good for Ray Family. However personalization at trunk of trees, i.e. Knight Family, Thomas Family are poorly spaced and not satisfactory.

I order from here a lot and LOVE the quality of the products. This ornament is everything I expected and is quite lovely. However, I ordered and paid for the velvet pouch for the ornament to be gifted in and to protect it for years to come, but I did not receive it, so, a little disappointed. I ordered 2 other ornaments and they did come with the pouches as ordered.

Nice just a little smaller than I thought would be

The ornaments were very nice and I am looking forward to giving them to my friends. The only complaint I have is that I was shorted three ribbons for hanging. Each ornament was suppose to have a ribbon. Other than the shortage of ribbons I am very pleased.

I love this ornament. It turned out exactly the way I pictured it in the preview. The only disappointment is the packaging. When I ordered a previous ornament it came in a beautiful velvet pouch suitable for gift giving. This ornament came in bubble wrap. I would have loved to have some type of nicer packaging similar to the last one.

I really like the ornament. However, I think it would have been MUCH better if the name at the bottom was more legible and a bit larger.
