Pretty much exactly as it looks on the website. My only issue was there was a line down the product that should not have been there. At first I thought it was a crack, but it wasn’t. It was just a dark line. Dark enough to notice. It’s a gift, and it’s for Christmas so no time to request an exchange. Gift is already wrapped or I would’ve included a photo.

Ornament a bit smaller than I expected.

But engraving or laser lettering off on a few letters and 1 number

This wooden ornament is nice, clear, and is exactly what I ordered.

One of the best designs for a family tree but the random order for the names was very difficult to manipulate. I had to bounce back from preview to edit to make sure I was somewhat okay with emu placement of names. My only suggestion might be to list the locations to be be able to maybe be able to pick them ourselfs right out of the gate. I love it the rest of the way, its perfect!!

Very satisfied with item. Personalization on tree is very good for Ray Family. However personalization at trunk of trees, i.e. Knight Family, Thomas Family are poorly spaced and not satisfactory.

I order from here a lot and LOVE the quality of the products. This ornament is everything I expected and is quite lovely. However, I ordered and paid for the velvet pouch for the ornament to be gifted in and to protect it for years to come, but I did not receive it, so, a little disappointed. I ordered 2 other ornaments and they did come with the pouches as ordered.

Nice just a little smaller than I thought would be

The ornaments were very nice and I am looking forward to giving them to my friends. The only complaint I have is that I was shorted three ribbons for hanging. Each ornament was suppose to have a ribbon. Other than the shortage of ribbons I am very pleased.

I love this ornament. It turned out exactly the way I pictured it in the preview. The only disappointment is the packaging. When I ordered a previous ornament it came in a beautiful velvet pouch suitable for gift giving. This ornament came in bubble wrap. I would have loved to have some type of nicer packaging similar to the last one.

I really like the ornament. However, I think it would have been MUCH better if the name at the bottom was more legible and a bit larger.

A new Grand Child a Girl was born this year. Technically she was on the planet as of last year! That's why I chose to get it. It's unique as she is too.

They both turned out great. I wished I had chosen another color for one but, that was my fault. It was a little smaller than I expected.

. The darker colors show up better. I was pleased with them overall.

The only reason I gave it four stars was because the etching on one of the orders wasn’t as bright as on the others. So production wasn’t consistent. I can only upload one photo, so the one posted is the one with the lighter etching representative of ornaments in my 2nd order. The other orders were bright as shown on the website. I was happy to get these at a great sale price,

My ornaments arrived quickly. They had a very strong weird chemical smell to them. There was zero communication from the company that my order had shipped, so at least one email or something would be helpful.

I am very happy with the ornaments that I purchased, except for Pam’s that it is quite difficult to read the names.

I ordered this ornament on 11/30 and received it 12/5 which I thought was super fast for this time of year. I got the red stain one and the names are all perfect and it is beautiful. However, it was packaged in only a bubble wrap sleeve inside an envelope and when I opened it the tree trunk had snapped off. I just glued it back on but better packaging probably would prevent this from happening. I'm still happy with the product.

I purchased 6 ornaments, I love the personalization. Unfortunately the hanging ribbon was not included with my order.

Very pretty, looks exactly as ordered. ~ Well worth the sale price I paid.
The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because the wood is thin, a bit delicate. I received 2 of my ornaments broken where trunk meets crown. But the Customer Service was excellent & the company stood by their product, sending a replacement quickly. I will buy more, but may glue the tree onto a piece of cut-out felt for added strength & no worries about breakage because I want to enjoy this personalized beauty for years to come.

I am pleased with this ornament but it has a very strong off-putting smell....maybe the paint they use? I am hanging them off the tree hoping to get the smell out before I give them to my kids to hang on their trees.

Very pleased on how this turned out. It could be just a tad bigger. This will be a gift for friends.

Overall I love this ornament, it's just smaller than I expected

We created and purchased this family tree as a gift for each set of grands, representing each set of particular grandchildren. Seeing their grandchildren’s names, along with their own, was a hit.
We were also drawn to the natural wood coloring and long term nostalgia.
We did have some challenges with positioning names and trying to squeeze in a high volume, so if you’re a family with multiple grandchildren, you can double up some of the names onto one line. ????

I was a little disappointed since the names and trim were not as pictured with the black lettering to offset the natural wood. Mine came out with a similar color so there wasn’t as much contrast.

While the ornaments look amazing, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the shipping process. I paid extra for these to arrive in 5 days & it took 12 days. When tracking it was pretty much ‘lost’ for 7 of those days. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything again.

The item came broken in two places, but you did agree to replace it at no charge. Looks nice, though.
