I purchased this in remembrance of our recently departed dearly beloved dog. I gave it to my daughter a few days after receiving it. She loved it. She cried when she saw our pet's picture and name on the ornament. It is of good quality and should last for many seasons.

This is the first time I’m ever upset with anything from personalization mall, I’ve been ordering from them for years for myself and as gifts. I purchased 2, the first came out perfect, the second didn’t come in like the proof, the hole for the ornament is directly in the dogs eye not in the black area of the dog as on the proof which was perfect. Now I can’t use this since the dog is missing an eye, how do you gift that?! Such a letdown
