The ornament arrived in a beautiful velvet like bag. The inscription was exactly as displayed on the proof. The quality was awesome as well. Would definitely purchase again!

Cute the writing on them should be a different color it is hard to see on the mirror

Absolutely Beautiful. Although this is the FIRST time I have received an ornament that was incorrect with the wrong name. I called the next day & just two days later I have already received the new one & at no charge & the CSR was exceptionally apologetic & kind. NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

This ornament is pretty & unique in its design. Because the personalization is on a mirror background, reflections sparkle. I think the recipient will enjoy the uniqueness.

The sentiment is wonderful, but the reflection on the glass makes it blurry.
In addition, it just didn't look like a $12 quality ornament.
The worst part however was that when I tried to call the company, I got a message telling me the lines were busy, and then it hung up on me. So I wrote an email to the company and have still not heard from them. Very poor customer service!
