First time I’ve been disappointed It was too dark to see pic on ornament

The name side is very cute. However, when the ornament was printed, the picture came out way too dark. The picture I submitted was very bright.

i was excited to show my newly blended family our first ornament as a family... i was shocked when i got it out of the package on how light weight it was. i was hoping for more durability but was happy with the names side. the picture was ok.. cut off more then i hoped. and now 2 days later my dog took it off the tree and chewed it into 100's of pieces. the 2 days on the tree it look ok though.

Usually love PM, but I was disappointed with these ornaments. I contacted Customer Service via email but it came back so I'll be calling them. Hopefully they will satisfy my complaint.

A snowflake covered my grandsons face on the ornament. On the proof it was not obvious. They WILL NOT REPLACE the $12.00 item. Terrible customer service!!!
