The quality and picture of the ornament is exceptional. Very happy with it.

I have ordered several of these pet memorial ornaments and they are great. The others have been the ceramic kind, but I ordered wooden ones this time and the picture wasn’t as clear as I would’ve liked but it’s still great. I just ordered another one for my other daughters dog they had to put down.

I absolutely love this ornament. I only gave it 4 stars because there is a tiny air bubble in my dogs picture. I wish it was perfect, but I am happy with it. It is beautiful.

Very pleased with product. Only problem was a sticker was placed over the recipient's name on the gift box and pulling it off ruined it.

Ornament looks nice

This Rainbow Bridge ornament is a very unique idea to acknowledge the death of your favorite pet. I would recommend adding some useful tips on picking the correct picture to include for the ornament. The picture I viewed before I submitted my order is definitely brighter and sharper than the ornament I received. For example, you can see her eyes easily on the photo that was submitted, which is not like the ornament I received. I bought the matte finish and am now wondering if the glossy finish would have provided an image closer to the one I saw when I placed my order.

Be sure to have a very sharp photograph. The string added to hang isn't as nice but we went ahead and added our own. Turned out great.

This ornament is beautiful, however, the texture of the item is very rough. I will use it, but would have much preferred a smooth finish. The smaller version is smooth, so I don’t understand why the feel of a bigger one is so different.

I have ordered many ornaments in the past. This one came out darker than the picture that I uploaded. I'm not sure why. I may try to get another one that is lighter. Overall, shipping was fast and I'll re-order.

It was a great gift for my mom and I know she will cherish it forever. It was my first time ordering the matte look and I didn’t like it compared to the glossy. Wish I would have ordered it glossy.

I have been using Personalization Mall items as gifts and to create memories for several years. I always have been super happy with the results. So, it breaks my heart to give a low review, but it may help others. I created a Rainbow Bridge ornament for a family member’s dog. Unfortunately, the dog, a light— almost pale white color— was lying on a red rug. The preview looked good online. But the final ornament that arrived was a dog with a reddish tint. It was not our Grissom. So, I will be careful going forward of forwarding such photos with such contrast to avoid that kind of color “ bleed.” I cannot use this ornament as a gift or for anything else.
