Exactly as pictured The ornament is exactly as pictured on the website. It was an easy process to download the photo and I am not very tech savvy. Overall, this was an easy process. My daughter is going to love this ornament of her new puppy!

Perfect, with a little flaw This design with the picture of our animal came out perfectly, the little flaw is the ribbon that comes with it, I would suggest a wee bit stronger type of ribbon, because the product is actually heavier than one would think.
