Not only do they tend to get the pkg delivered sooner than they even estimate, the product is always impressive - not cheap looking - not rushed looking (and I ordered my pet ornament like two or three days before Christmas and they knocked it out of the park - got here in time to give it to the recipient for Christmas and they LOVED IT!) Perfect, with a little flaw This design with the picture of our animal came out perfectly, the little flaw is the ribbon that comes with it, I would suggest a wee bit stronger type of ribbon, because the product is actually heavier than one would think.
