So glad I came across this site. I ordered two of the double sided ornaments, they are very cute and high quality. They come with a nice velvet bag to put them in and I ordered the gift boxes to do myself. The products arrived quickly.

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law who got a new puppy this year. This is perfect!

I’m impressed with how good this ornament turned out. It’s brightly colored just like the original picture which was taken on an iPhone 11.
It’s also a solid ornament, not cheaply crafted.

This is a sturdy well made ornament. The print is clear. The picture on the back is super clear and clean. This is going to be such a adorable addition to my puppy’s 1st Christmas!!

It's very cute except I wish the picture wasn't so big. Because she's dark it's hard to ser her eyes. Also looks like her name should have been pluralized. MAKUBU'S First Christmas. All in all it is cute.

I received the personalized ornament on time and excellent condition. It was exactly as advertised. I am very please with the personalized ornament I purchased. It came with the gift box that I ordered and a lovely bag to hold the ornament. Everything was well done and the personalization was exactly as I wanted.

Everything about the ornament was great, with one exception. Online, these appear to have a nice, bright white background. In actuality, the final product is a yellowy-cream color. Too bad, because the bright white would really be beautiful!

I really love the ornament. I just wished that personalizationmall would allow spacing for the (ornament) hole at the top of the image. The picture is not centered on the ornament. Because..I tried my best to move the pic of my pup down far enough so he didn't have a hole in his head!

Received the ornament I ordered after a few weeks. I was glad to get it before Christmas as it is A gift. It came out great except the picture turned out a little dark. And it was a matte finish not glossy. Overall it is nice and love the velvet bag that came with it.

I was happy to receive the ornament for my niece, however...the bottom portion of the dog's mouth and nose was clipped off. This is not how it looks on the ornament picture online. Be sure to center the photos as much as possible to avoid any disappointments. Other than that, the ornament is a beauty!

The picture I submitted of my friend’s puppy should have been positioned so as to not have the hole punched in the middle of his forehead. I have misgivings of presenting this as the cherished gift it was supposed to be.
That being said, it arrived quickly and appears to be of good quality.

The item was great price, fast shipping and beautiful work. My only complaint is that a few of the letters were faded. This was a bummer since it was a gift. It was close to perfect except for the faded lettering. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

Nicely done ornament. Good weight to it. Color is bright. Made our fur baby even cuter. I am happy with the product. Ordered the beginning of December, it shipped out timely.... but thanks to USPS.... unfortunately we did not receive until after our tree came down right after the new year. Customer Service was polite and very understanding, easy to work with.

The Christmas ornament for our new addition to the family is adorable...sturdy, cute, and bright colors. However, I think a cord or ribbon should have been tied to it for ready hanging. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Liked the concept but I felt the dog’s head was a little cut off on top ; not like it shows in the cart . Didn’t receive it until 12/23 so had to go with it . It was a gift

Ornament was well done and cute., though I thought the colors could have been a little more vibrant.. My problem was with the extremely high shipping cost for one item . Will not order again because of this

This is a cute ornament, it’s a thin wood and the edges aren’t perfect but it’s adorable anyways. The string that comes with it to hang doesn’t match so we used twine. Looks better that way.

I love it but the placement of the hole sucks... right through his eye but I guess that's not their fault more mine on photo upload but that's the only thing I'm not happy with. ornament is classy and timeless. Will order again. just be mindful with photo placement when uploading.
