Beautiful, Just Right I absolutely love the ornament and cannot wait to give it to my son and daughter-in-law. The weight is nice and heavy. I am concerned that the ribbon will not hold the ornament on the tree....but....that can be fixed. The ornament is beautiful. The ornament also matches the engagement one I had ordered previously and I like that. I highly recommend this item.

quality gift Considering the picture I used was texted to me them emailed to this company I was surprised to see that it was a clear image. I was very happy with how it came out. Ornaments for Wedding Favors This is the second time I ordered ornaments from Personalization Mall for wedding favors. Personalization Mall never disappointed me not until today. I have one complaint, last time I ordered for my son's wedding the pouches for the ornaments came complimentary. I ordered for my daughter's wedding and received without the pouches. I was unaware that now I have to pay for them separately!! I am a little discouraged from ordering again but now I have to order the pouches as an added cost and also as advertisement of Personalization Mall as the pouches have your name on them. Maybe I should go to a craft store instead. I am so beside myself because I was really looking forward to the ease of the wrapping.

Very nice personal ornament Have ordered these two sided ornaments for multiple occasions. They have been easy to order and good quality work.

 Crooked pictureThe front was perfect, but that back picture was turned sideways compared to the front, making the hole randomly places in the sides so the picture side hangs sideways on the tree.

Disappointed I expected this ornament to be a round ball but it was more flat but awkward. It really took away from the beauty and the sentiment of the ornament.

 Do not order from this company. My picture confirmation was good. When I received the ornament, the hole for the ornament hanger was right in the groom’s face. No one bothered to cancel the order and allow me to reorder. The company would NOT issue me a new ornament.
