I ordered the personalized frame only. It arrived timely and the frame quality and personalization met my expectations. It looked just as pictured online.

I gave this frame as a gift. Everyone fell in love with this beautiful frame and the saying was perfect.

I rated as a 4 star because there was no glass in the frame to protect the picture. It was a small piece of plastic that would go over the photo to protect it from being damaged. Photo doesn’t display clear with the plastic over it. Otherwise was happy with the frame quality, color and personalization.

Wanted a gift for the Grandparents.A beautiful keepsake frame with grandchild name and date of birth. Bought the 5x7 frame nice size. The only complaint I have is I wish the writing was a little deeper in color so it would be more prominent. Otherwise a very nice keepsake gift

I wish it had a glass cover over the picture not a cheap, thin, plastic film.

I love this frame, however I wish the stand didn't open as wide. That being said, I have one & love it; and paid it forward sending it to a family member.

The product was nicely made and arrived quickly. I gave 4 stars because I paid for a photo to be printed and the picture came distorted

It is a nice wood frame but one of the corners was knicked during shipping and a very small piece was torn off. The personalization came out great. I would order from them again.

I ordered this as a gift so I haven’t seen it in person, but am assuming it’s very nice. I have been pleased with everything I’ve ordered from PMALL in the past. I am taking 1 star off because from the time I ordered this until it was received, was nearly 3 weeks. It’s very deceiving and frustrating when ordering an item and it clearly says “ ships in 1-2 days” and it takes 3 weeks!

The frame is sturdy and well made but there is no glass to cover the picture. Only plastic! After receiving I read plastic photo insert but did not realize the frame would not come with some type of glass.

Nice frame....but the FedEx driver threw the package on the steps, lucky it did not break!

Frame is not glass but plastic & i was unaware considering the tons of frames I have ordered in the past. Disappointed. These were gifts.
