The sad news is that I've had to order 4 of these over the past 2 years. The good news is that every recipient loved them. They are so easy to create on the website and are well made. They are very reasonably priced and have usually arrived earlier than expected. So much better than flowers or fruit, the chimes are a gentle and long-lasting reminder of a loved one. this was ordered as a gift and I couldnt be more pleased. One of the cylinders actually was disconnected (it looked like the string broke) but with a bit of patience and savvy I was able to re connect and tie a knot in the string to re attache. The picture and quote are beautiful and I know the recipient will cherish this gift

Wind chime was good size. But photo plate seemed a bit heavy for the small strings.
