The chimes arrived very quickly, and the personalized discs are beautiful. We ordered three identical chimes, as memorial gifts for a very dear friend's three daughters. I'm sure they will treasure them. I was disappointed that the very day after ordering the gifts, I received emails that they were being offered at $10 each less than we paid, and then several days after that, I was advised that you were offering "free shipping" for a day, which came to almost $25 on our order. As a retiree on a limited budget, saving a few dollars would have been much appreciated.

We used these as gifts to our retirees. Instead of pictures, we put our company logo on one side and an image of the campus and message on the other side. They look great! The only reason to not give 5 stars is that they have to be put together and you can't gift them in the box they come in because it is covered with tables.
