Insert looks great and fits in my rubber mat. It is a little short in the width however not really noticeable.

The black rubber frame is really nice and heavy so that seems very durable. The monogram insert doesn’t seem to be cut to the exact size. Also the cut is crooked on one of the corners. I’m not sure the monogram will survive very long. It’s just stamped on there.

I also ordered the rubber insert for the doormat. I was disappointed that it did not fit more snuggly. The doormat looks to be cut a bit too much to fit snuggly in the rubber insert. We will probably have to put some kind of adhesive tape to keep the doormat from blowing away.

It is much bigger than I thought. Almost too big. It is very nice, but I wish the monogramed mat fit more snugly inside the rubber mat.

Packaging less than desirable it was folded so tight I had to put weights to straighten out

It is just what I had expected. Good quality and it looks great at my front door! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for personalized items.

I love the mat , however , this is the second one I have ordered since the first one turned brown and got a few blisters on it . I ordered it in black both times . Hopefully this one stays black .

Love their products. The door mat I ordered this time, had a sticker on the top right corner. It came right off, however, when I put the mat on my porch, dust and feathery seeds stuck to the mat where the sticker had been. May I suggest that in the future, any stickers be put on the back of the mat. The product came quickly and in great shipping order.

Really like the purchase. Not sure if I would order white on royal blue but hope it washes up well.

I ordered 2 and this one is my 2nd favorite. A bit boring with color to be honest, but I love monograms.

I liked this but the price for the rubber part was a little expensive in my opinion. Also, the top piece comes off the rubber mat easily.

I've previously purchased a custom mat a few years ago from the Personalization Mall. The image on that mat and the material itself faded and wore down in a short amount of time. I'm hoping this new custom mat I just purchased doesn't wear down as quickly as the previous mat. It would be wise if this company would create these custom mats with a more durable material.

I like the design of the door mat a lot.
The problem is the background color (Taupe) is all washed out. You can barely tell what color family it is from.
To be fair, I have bought a lot of items from personalization mall and this was the first time I have not been 100% satisfied.
I will continue to buy from them.

This was a very low quality doormat. The red part with our name/initial will not stay put on the rubber part of the mat. I had to remove it from my porch area. Very disappointed.
