Love the size, color and overall quality. I have not used it in the oven yet to say if it is tempered for oven heat.

This is well-made and is very nice to give as a gift. I worried that the ceramic might be thin but it is not. Only problem...it was not packaged securely and arrived broken. However, I contacted customer service and received a replacement within 3 days in perfect condition. I would purchase again. Also bought the matching pie dish and it is perfect.

I would love to share a happy experience, yet this was a birthday present for my daughter's birthday and it arrived shattered. The packaging method was rediculous as it was in lose bubble envelope and in a thin box. The Fed Ex driver walked up to me and said maam, I think this is broken as he shook the box and it was a terrifiying sound of shattered loaf pan that I had personalized for my daughter. I have used this company for years and now realize they dont care how they ship out fragile products and don't care

The pan would have been beautiful, but it came wrapped so haphazardly and carelessly that it came to me in three pieces. I called customer service and after emailing proof of the damage they said they would send out a replacement. We'll see if this one comes better packaged. I bought it as a gift and now won't have it in time to give it to my daughter- in- law for her birthday.
