Just the right size smooth easy to carry

This was bought for my daughter who travels for her job & to know I'm thinking of her.

Product was really nice and quality was very good.

I ordered this Pocket Hug for my daughter for when she travels. It's smaller than it appears in the picture with a big hand holding it! However, I will keep it.

Due to distance, I can't hug my grandkids. This way they have something to hold that let's them know I am thinking of them. It's in a velvet pouch and is about the size of a 50 cent piece. Cute.

I thought this would be a sweet gift. I ordered 4 different ones with 4 different sayings, and all of them were printed off center and looked awful. I emailed customer service and got no reply.

The company tried to send these twice, and both times the lettering was off center, to the top and to the left. They were so bad that I couldn't even give them as a gift. Personalization mall said this was within their acceptable guidelines. Do not recommend.

The whole picture and phrase are clearly off centered and look horrible. There is also a smudge that does not come off on the top right of the heart. I will not be buying from here again.
