I returned one as the printing was very inconsistent, unlike the posted example.

A bit disappointed in this product. The cutting board is sturdy and heavy for years of use but the printing is not well done. Some words stand out, others were almost unreadable. Wish it had been nicer!

I absolutely love the idea of this product. I ordered it for a family member. The first ones lettering was half light and half dark. I contacted the company and they replaced it. They were great. The second was shipped quickly but the lettering was lighter than than the first. I did not contact the company the second time because again I love the idea of this product. I could not find this anywhere else so I order a 3rd cutting board. The 3rd one was a little better. The 3rd is pictured.

I looked everywhere before finding this. It was perfect. And I was excited. The turn around time was relatively speedy from ordering to delivery. BUT ... When they arrived, my excitement turned into slight disappointment when I opened each of the FIVE boards! Some of the words & entire lines in the recipe were barely visable, not the burned wood look as shown in their product pic and was expected based on that & from what I approved during Preview! Pmall should take more pride in their work.

Was disappointed in ink, hard to read. Should give customers choose on color of ink.

Bought this as a gift. Loved the quality of the cutting board. It was heavy and solid. But the color of the recipe was inconsistent. It was very faint and needed to be darker. Disappointed in that part of the product.

Although the board is nice, the engraving was so light it could barely be read.

I ordered 3 and am very disappointed in the printing. the brown lettering is so faded and spotty, you can not read it.

Writing is not dark enough. It is hard to read.

Writing was too light Hard to read on one that was replaced. Disappointed in printing quality. Far too light. The replacement for one board was better.

Some lines you can’t see at all. Very poor quality

I couldn’t wait to get this. Boy was I disappointed!! Can’t hardly read the recipe on the board. Ordered 4 and won’t give them as gifts. Customer service said, they can’t redo. Great idea, if you could see the recipe!!

Was so excited to get this item as a christmas gift for my son, as my mom passed away and he always loved her cheese cake. I was so upset when it came. you could barely see most of it.

I was excited to get this and give as a gift as it had a family recipe on it.
When it arrived the lettering was not at all like the picture on the website, the lettering we very inconsistent, some of the lines of the recipe I couldn't even read. I called and sent pictures and they agreed and sent me a new board, the 2nd one was better but still had a couple lines that were not readable and the board arrived cracked, so I contacted again, they said the lettering will always be inconsistence which it not at all what the board on their website shows, it show clean precise letters that are all beautiful. It's too bad because I have used them for years. Would not recommend this board
