The initial item was damaged in transit (by FedEx) but after a 5 minute call and 1 email (showing the damage) with customer service rep, Carol, a replacement was on the way within a day or two. The replacement is beautiful and will help my brother through this difficult time mourning the loss of his best friend, Kobi. Thank you PMall for never disappointing!

The frame is nicely done, the inscription clear and clean. However, for the cost, I could have printed my own photo had I known it was removeable. This is why I deducted one star.

This is my second purchase of this frame. I purchased one for my family when our dog passed away in January. I purchased a second one as a gift when our dog's brother passed away this month. It's a very lovely memorial that I look at and read frequently. It's so hard to say goodbye to our beloved pets. This frame reminds you of the love you shared. I highly recommend this product. This pet frame is adorable and I love that it comes in different colors. I didn't get to see it in-person this time since I sent it directly to my gift recipient. But they absolutely loved it! I have ordered similar frames on PM and liked everything I saw in-person. So I knew I would not be disappointed. However, I wish PM frames were still available with a black velvet back. White gets dirty far too fast. Black velvet also looks elegant. It would be nice to have a choice.

Pretty Boy was a handsome young man who took up residence under my shed and demanded to be fed every night at 10:30 when I came in from work. Finally, after 6 weeks, I was able to get him in a carrier and hidden in an upstairs bathroom away from a Golden and a Neufi. Friends who lived on a farm graciously gave him the adventures of his life from 2010 until he crossed the Rainbow Bridge after 13 years. Such a precious boy who ruled the household--humans as well as canines! This is a memorial gift to HIS humans as well as to all of us who loved him. His picture reminds us that he is still watching, is still with us, AND, most of all "STILL IN CHARGE".
