 Arrived brokenVery disappointed as the packaging was not good and my ornament arrived broken. Wondering how I get refund or replacement on this item. Too bad as it would have been adorable and was purchased as a gift.

Not the best I received this ornament with one of the pom poms on a hat broken and black showing through. I called and they said they would send a replacement. I received the replacement yesterday and this one looks worse than the original! Black showing through a pom pom and the names on the hats are faded compared to the original. I have ordered many things over the years from this site and I am usually very pleased……not this time.

Not up to usual quality I ordered this ornament and one of the white “Pom Poms” on a hat was broken and had black showing through. I called and they said they would send a new one out. Received the new one yesterday and the replacement is worse than the original!!! The names on the hats looks faded and there is black showing on a pom pom again! I have received much better products from here in the past.
