Darling Personalized Ornaments By Shopper (Zionsville, IN) - October 14, 2023 I ordered these personalized ornaments for both of my boys. They came in a very timely manner. One of them was broken. I called the number on the invoice and spoke with a friendly, helpful person. She asked me to send a picture of the damaged ornament. Within the hour of my conversation, I sent the picture plus I received an email. The email apologized for the broken ornament plus said a replacement would be sent ASAP. Personalization Mall does a great job communicating with their customers and has a good Customer Service!

Family Christmas Ornament I have given several ornaments like this to family members. All are VERY pleased and love seeing their names on the ornament along with the children. Well made ornament. Great colors. Fragile. One of my ornaments had a broken candle light on the mantle but my son repaired it easily. Your recipients will love this ornament!

Great product Great quality, actually amazing quality. Fast shipment. Love the personalizing feature and it looks great. What I don’t necessarily like that much is that the ornament has a back piece as like background. I’d much prefer just the family ppl cutout. Other than that I love love love the ornament.
