Excellent outcome! The first frame did not have the letters placed exactly right and there was a small chip in the wood. I contacted the company and they immediately responded, then re-did and sent me a new frame which I had in just a couple of days. This time it was perfect! Let me add that I have used this site MANY times and this is the first time I have had any issues. I can now add to their list of virtues "excellent customer service". I can't count the number of people that I have recommended PM to!
