When I received the sun catcher there was scratches all over the name side. I emailed customer service and sent a picture, had a friendly response and a new one shipped in less than 24 hours after sending the email. Second one was perfect! They were amazing and no questions asked. Will continue to buy from them. Thanks again!

This was really cute when it came I love it it turned out fantastic the only thing I wish is that the chain was a little bit longer when you hang it and hangs up really high to the ceiling and hard to see
