It came in a very nice box, ready to wrap. It was exactly as I expected. The picture was completely visible and identical to the one I sent, I definitely back this product and would gladly refer it to others.

The artwork that I submitted to be printed on this glass photo frame came out beautiful. I was worried about the glass, but it came all in one piece and it's supported by the backing as pictured, and hangs on my wall easily. I'm never disappointed with the products from this company.

I order from Personalization Mall several times a year. When I ordered this item, the first one came to me and the writing was very blurry and double printed. It looked awful! I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures of the product which I did. To my pleasure, they re-made the item and this time it was perfect!
It truly was the quality of product I am use to getting from Personalization Mall!

Picture came in record time. It was packaged really well and looked exactly as our original picture. We will use them again. The only comment is that it did not come with the stand

Product color/brightness wasn’t true to what I had submitted. This is my 4th time getting the product so I do love it when it comes out right. I have no doubt pmall will take care of me and resolve this
