Pretty but arrived with a small chip in the wood frame and the wood where the names are written has a (natural) line through it. Understand it’s real wood but expected it to be slightly less grainy

The frame on this order arrived with 2 areas that were splintered. I contacted the Quality Assurance Team and Jennifer in Customer Relations responded quickly to my concern and replaced the order with a new product. I appreciated good customer service from this site.
The product itself arrived within a few days.

When taking my item out of the wrap, the frame came apart. Even tho I'm glad it happened before I hung it, I wasn't expecting the frame to separate, and gluing it fixed the problem.

It’s very pretty and I like it. Shipping got delayed due to quality of product and then shipped and came quick. I was disappointed when I opened it after receiving it that the frame is broken in the corner, I will have to try to wood glue it.

I was disappointed with the colors of the flowers and color of the kids names. They were not as vibrant as what was posted on line.
