Photo Personalized Tumbled Stone Coaster Set for Family Customer Reviews

This is my 3rd time purchasing coasters. The coasters are always a nice touch for a gift!

I loved the personalized tumbled stone coasters, the reason I’m giving a 4 out of 5 is that on 2 of my stone orders , they forgot to put the cork backing on the coasters, as a result one of the coasters was broken.

Good quality, excellent value. The images that I chose are from paintings that I had done. A little disappointed in the fact that some of the images ran off the edge, but I’m happy with the finished product.

The coasters turned out great. I like the subtlety of the photos on the stone; they are not crisp and sharp which is what I wanted. There are some imperfections in the stone, chips and scratches, but they add to the look as long as they are not in a critical spot in the photo, like on a face that is a focal point of the pic.

Photos on the coasters are not quite as crisp as the original photos, but we still love them. I just ordered another set for a gift.

Product is well made. Photos came out great except one was a little cutoff at the top not like it was in the preview. So just make sure you give enough room around the photo subject. Overall love them. My Boss was quite happy with her gift.

The stones are really good, solid and unique. The image quality is consistent, consistently dark that is. Beware that anything with a dark background or high contrast will look very dark and mushy.

I was really looking for to these.. they look a little more rustic then the actual pictures I chose. I’ve never done anything on a stone before.. I just hope the people I giving them to like them ..

These were very good, but two of the four coasters had chipped corners. I have uploaded a photo of one. Please contact me about replacements.

3 of the 4 were fine. I understand you're dealing with natural resources. However, doesn't someone quality control the product once the photo is imprinted? My grandson looks like he has a bullet hole in his head and is bleeding out of his mouth. It looks terrible to me. See uploaded photo.

The pictures are very dark on the stone, in person. Love the idea of this gift though!

I loved the idea but the actual print didn’t look great (yes, I checked the preview). Something about the way it printed on the stone made the images unclear or too many veins.

One coaster has a white spot over a black sweater, and another has a line over the boys face. Pictures also are not very clear.

I love the idea of having our photos on this for a coaster but because the material has so many cracks in it the lines come through faces and distort the image. Better off going for landscape photos or a different material.

I am disappointed in these. The edges are not smooth, a few have chipped corners. Reviews say pictures are clear. Well, they are not, and its because these are made to look distressed, like antique or vintage stones. Which in my opinion distorts the photos. I am disappointed. I ordered 6 sets for gifts so I have no choice but to give them.

Pictures where darker than appeared on order

First set of tiles had one with chipped corner and two holes on the tile. Customer service was excellent sending another set immediately so got in time for Christmas. However the 2nd set only had the one tile that was good, the one that previously was bad was the good one. The other 3 had large cracks all the way up and down the tile. So I have one good set and one set with cracked or chipped tiles.

very nicely done except two came with some kind of yellow marking on them that were not on the picture.

I have ordered several of these in the past and have always been pleased. I am not sure what has changed but the quality of the photos on the coasters and there are extremely deep large gouges in the stone that distort the photos. I ordered 5 sets as gifts for Christmas and all have severe imperfections. I was so excited for these and sadly now very disappointed at the quality.

You can’t even see the faces on my photo because it is so blemished and scratched and dirty. I was told that’s just how to stone is and there’s nothing they can do, but it was clearly a bad piece of rock.

The coasters were great as an idea, but unfortunately there are brown lines through peoples faces on all but 1. I have no idea what it is, but it doesn’t come out. Also one coaster has a chip on the corner. It’s a gift so I’m disappointed in the quality, but don’t have time to do anything about it…

Pictures were very blury, quality was not as expected.

Think twice before ordering these coasters! Colors turned out much darker than the original pictures. The "tumbled" stone looked chipped in the corners, not natural looking at all. Was not happy with this product at all!

I was expecting a way better picture quality.
