The glass box is clean and shiny with the lettering font exactly as portrayed in the picture display. The inside has a bottom compartment and a lift out "shelf" to keep medals, rosaries, scapulars, etc. It's a lovely keepsake to always be treasured.

It is just as pretty in person as it is online (if not more). I was late in deciding on a gift, so I needed expedited shipping. I ordered it on a Tuesday evening and received it on Thursday--a day earlier than the estimated delivery date. I recommend this item--and the company. I order personalized Christmas ornaments every year for our son & daughter-in-law and am never disappointed.

 Should Have Chosen A Different ItemBy Shopper (Warminster, PA) - March 17, 2025 The picture for this item was fine, but I wish I would have chosen a different personalized box. This is a gift for First Holy Communion. It is nice but my disappointment has to do with the inscription. I wish they would have allowed an uppercase first letter for the name. And the font makes it difficult to read the name. Yes, I did approve of the preview and I wasn't totally happy with it; but I did order it. My suggestion is to allow a plainer script that allows an uppdercase first letter.
