Absolutely love!

My first light showed up shattered. Sometimes delivery service is a touch rough! I called and spoke with customer service and they went above and beyond to fix it! Within a couple of days a new one arrived. I love this light and company. Thank you.

I ordered this for my son’s fiancé who just lost her grandmother. It shipped the next day and I received it in less than a week. I’m so happy with the size and quality. It’s so pretty.

The family I purchased the personalized lighted vase for is overjoyed. I was their Mother's caregiver for 17 months, whose photo is on the vase. This item was perfect. Great quality! I got the smaller size which was perfect! I bought this gift for my boss who recently lost her mother. I put a photo of them with a bible verse. A very nice way to keep her memory.

This light is really special. The photo of the item doesn't do it justice. It is the perfect size and there is a light strand inside that is adjustable if the little twinkle lights are not positioned as you prefer. It creates a comforting warm glow and is simply charming. We use ours as a nightlight and we love it so much! Makes a great memorial gift for those who have lost a loved one.

I had photos, which I shared anyways, but they didn’t ask much about it as I mentioned. They helped right away. 2nd item arrived without any damages. I have bought over 10 items of these. Love it! I had some issues with the first set. One was broken and the other the picture was to light to see it well. I am extremely satisfied how the customer service. They replaced them very quickly and got them here in time for Christmas. Very satisfied would recommend.

Very happy with the family photo personalized frosted tabletop light. The item is exactly as described and would definitely recommend.

Ordered this as a gift and was very happy with the result. My only issue is it should have an on/off switch as one has to literally plug it in and unplug it to turn it off and on and this is difficult if you place it on a credenza and the plug is behind the piece of furniture. Will look for a wireless switch to gift with it so that it isn't such a pain to turn on and off; hence my reason for 4 stars and not 5

Not satisfied with finishing and feel it’s not worth for this price

While the actual light is nice and exactly as shown, the picture customization is not what I expected. I purchased the small size and the circle that holds the picture is way too large. The picture circle is not proportionate to the size of the lamp. Otherwise, it's really cute and arrived on time as promised. Perhaps there could be an option to "size" the photo space smaller when customers are customizing their photo.
