I had some issues with the first set. One was broken and the other the picture was to light to see it well. I am extremely satisfied how the customer service. They replaced them very quickly and got them here in time for Christmas. Very satisfied would recommend.

Photo came out extremely good. Very happy with the results. Sent as a Christmas gift, I am sure they will love.

My first light showed up shattered. Sometimes delivery service is a touch rough! I called and spoke with customer service and they went above and beyond to fix it! Within a couple of days a new one arrived. I love this light and company. Thank you.

Order a family photo personalized Large Frosted Tabletop Light and was most please with quality of product including photo. Arrived within three days of ordering.

They are nice but one of them is not the best. She has a strike by her neck

Ordered this as a gift and was very happy with the result. My only issue is it should have an on/off switch as one has to literally plug it in and unplug it to turn it off and on and this is difficult if you place it on a credenza and the plug is behind the piece of furniture. Will look for a wireless switch to gift with it so that it isn't such a pain to turn on and off; hence my reason for 4 stars and not 5

While the actual light is nice and exactly as shown, the picture customization is not what I expected. I purchased the small size and the circle that holds the picture is way too large. The picture circle is not proportionate to the size of the lamp. Otherwise, it's really cute and arrived on time as promised. Perhaps there could be an option to "size" the photo space smaller when customers are customizing their photo.
