The first one to arrive was insufficiently packed, in a box too large, and not enough packing to secure it from breaking....so the entire side of the lamp was broken.......sent pictures of it to the person who sent it to us.....she contacted you again, and a replacement one was sent in a smaller packed box inside with packing and arrived in perfect condition. Now we have a beautiful Memory lamp for our loved one. Was a gift from the name listed below....we are the receiver. could not upload pictures of the damaged one...attempted.

Good quality, great accent or night light

I ordered this for my daughter and son in law as they had to deliver their twins prematurely. My granddaughter lived only for a day. The light is very well made, glass thick and sturdy. Engraving is perfect, just as ordered. Shipping was fast and it was very well packed.

I am truly satisfied with the Memorial Light. However, I am disappointed that I ordered a gift box for $6.99 and it does not fit the product. Waste of money! I will reconsider future purchases and wrap myself. Merry Christmas!
