I have purchased these ornaments for my 11 grandchildren every year for more years than I can remember. I love the velvet pouches they are sent in and they go on their plates every year before Christmas Eve dinner. This year my eldest granddaughter was bringing her boyfriend to dinner at the last minute I decided to order one for him also. After I sent the order in… I found out I had spelled his name wrong. I immediately called and the customer service and they were able to fix it.GREAT SERVICE

This ornament was really beautiful but it smells like hickory smoked or mesquite grilled food. My cats didn't like the smell so I'm not sure if it has a chemical on it that can hurt them. I don't mind the smell but it was unexpected so I just thought I'd let future customers know about it in case you have allergies or concerns for your pets. Physically it looks exactly as pictured, maybe a little darker but it looks wonderful against the green branches of my tree.

This ornament turned out just like the picture. I would 100% order this again as a gift for others.

I love the ornaments and have never been disappointed with either selection. Last year my guest really admired them so this year I decided to get them one of their own. They make perfect gifts and I love that they come in different stains and designs.
