I purchased three children 's lunch boxes. Two out of the three were wonderful but the 3rd lunch box had the incorrect personalization. I called customer service and the women I spoke with was wonderful and very friendly. She recently reordered the lunch box and had fixed their mistake and it was sent out with the correct spelling .Great customer service and lunch box quality was very good. Very happy with my purchase. The Grandchildren loved them!
