The ornament is great looking and arrived within 5 days of my order. However, it arrived damaged. As soon as I received it I chatted with customer service and they immediately ordered a replacement. I ordered 3 ornaments and the other 2 arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from Personalization Mall again.
