Was especially pleased that I could personalize with ANY year, not just 2023. This ornament is so pretty (though it’s for a boy, can’t think of better adjective) and the personalization is very distinct. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the finish and the customization. Unfortunately, the packaging was a padded envelope, and it arrived chipped. A call to customer service quickly resulted in a replacement order with expedited shipping. Although shipped again in an envelope, it arrived undamaged.
