I love gnomes! Just ask my family and they will tell you it is my obsession.....this ornament was a must have for me. I also ordered one for my son's families. This way when they look at the tree they will think of grandma.

When I opened the package a corner of the ornament was broken on one and the other had black scuff marks on the hat. I called customer service, sent in a picture and they immediately shipped out new ornaments expidited so I could receive in time.

I was more than happy with my purchase quality wise. My biggest concern is the shipping charges. When the shipping cost comes close to half the price of the item I think that is out of line. It will make my decision on future purchases a lot harder.
