Satisfied with quality. No indication if item is dishwasher safe. Personalization is good except for the additional lines, text is too small, difficult to read. But I did personalize with 3 lines of text. Maybe less text would be larger size. Mostly satisfied with item.

I ordered four wine glass for my book club. They look awesome and everyone was so surprised and love them. They need to be hand washed as the lettering may come off. Not dishwasher safe

I am very satisfied with the wine glass. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the font is a little small at the bottom of the glass. But I would still recommend it.
