I had ordered this item in red, however, when it arrived, it was more of a brownish brick red, not at all what I was expecting. BUT! I contacted customer service and was refunded the same day for the color discrepancy. The customer service people I spoke with were very professional and took care of my issue with professionalism and promptness.
I have purchased several items from Personalization Mall over the years and have always been so satisfied. I will continue to purchase from this company in the future.
