Sometimes the excellence comes when a problem is fixed I have long enjoyed ordering from Personalization Mall and this time was no exception. However when the large 12 x 18 canvas print I ordered for a 10th anniversary party showed up it was so dark the faces were hard to view. I contacted Personalization Mall and a rep offered to take a second look at the image I submitted. The graphics team worked wonders, lightened the image and they sent me a new print at no charge. Now that is how you build loyalty! I am grateful the anniversary party is this weekend and I am looking forward to showing off this beautiful print. Thank you!

Beautiful I was so pleased with the canvas print! The only problem was the frame was cracked on the edge, probably from being bounced around in transit. I called personalization right away. I told the rep that I was willing to repair it myself if they could tell me the best way. She said "Go ahead and repair it with wood glue and send a photo of the damage and we will reimburse you for the frame. Four days later the reimbursement was in my account. I was very impressed! Great company!!!

I will always use Personalization Mall for any future orders--the two canvases I ordered arrived well before Christmas (even though they were ordered only 4 or 5 days before Christmas!) and were favorite gifts of the recipients!

Perfect canvas What sets Personalization Mall aside from other sites I’ve tried to make canvases on before is the fact I can SEE what the final product will look like. If I hadn’t had that feature, I would have ended up cutting the toes of my family off in the canvas I made. Instead, I was able to make changes and get the canvas perfect before submitting my order. My mother in law LOVED this Christmas gift and I was thrilled to make it for her.
