I ordered 2 mugs, one for my mom and one for my dad. I chose to put their own name on it but also the other names they go by, such as mom, dad, brother, sister mammaw, pappaw etc. The arrived very promptly and are absolutely adorable.

They are perfect!!! I purchase 21 mugs for teachers and they are better than I expect. Shipping great as usual. If ordering you will not be disappointed.

The mugs look fabulous all but one. The one mug that is not fabulous only has a small imperfection on one 9f the names. It is blurry or hazy looking at the top of the name. Otherwise, it is fine. I definitely will order again!

I opened & checked each cup for any Crack, breaks, or misspelled names. They were all perfect! The quality of the cups & personalization on them is good! This was absolutely perfect to give to my siblings for Christmas. we lost our baby sister last year and I thought how perfect for all of us to still be able to share coffe with her. The cup is adorable and they managed to get all 8 names on it in plain view. Great job! Definitely recommend.
