The delivery person toss it over into my patio and broke one of the mugs. I promptly called personalization Mall and they ship going out quickly and I got it again by the end of the week. I cannot speak highly enough of customer service and the products they offer. I highly recommend shopping here!

THEN I remembered a few more people I could "gift" them to for the holidays and did a 3rd order. Love the product and the packaging is very protective. The last package came with the bottom smashed in and I was very concerned about the mugs, but the packaging was perfect, and all the mugs were intact! Great company and great products!
